Most extensions and building alterations can be done without the need for planning permission simply by utilising permitted development rights. We can prepare all drawings and necessary legal paperwork as well as technical packages for building control and local authorities.

If your project does require planning permission, no worries, we have successfully applied for and been granted planning permission for many projects across many local authorities. From Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the Cotswolds to Conservation Areas in Brighton & Hove, we have a broad range of experience.
Knocking through your kitchen and living room space tends to be one of the most common home improvements, and we've done plenty. We are a one stop shop for the whole project, from structural design and installation of steel beams, wall removals as well as kitchen installations and everything that goes with that from plumbing to carpentry and electrics.

In Brighton, we have a lot of Victorian terraced houses and 'side return' extension is an efficient way to maximise potential. Often creating a large open plan kitchen dinner space, a side return extension is also a great option if you have a smaller garden.
