WHAT WE DO
My Home Project is a one-stop shop, covering all stages of your project, from initial design to the handover of keys—a local 'turnkey' fully insulated garden room service. Our husband-and-wife team consists of an Architect and an Engineer who will guide you through every step of your project. Clear communication and transparency are our priorities, so if you have any questions at any stage, we are always available to assist you directly.
Garden rooms and extensions often don't require planning but if needed, we can prepare and submit all necessary planning application drawings & documents on your behalf to your local planning authority. We cover all types of planning applications from Full Planning, Permitted Development to Lawful Development Certificates.
PLANNING
We can take care of structural calculations and drawings including sub-structure, steelwork, timber framing etc. We can prepare technical packages required by Building Control and can submit your application to your chosen private or public building control authority.
STRUCTURAL
We will fully manage your construction project and you won't have to worry about which trade is needed when. With our trusted and experienced network of trades people, your project will run smoothly, with minimal stress, from initial concept design through to handing over the keys!

We are Sam & Gabi, an Engineer & an Architect team, also husband & wife! With over 20 years of combined experience in the construction industry, we have worked on a wide range of residential and commercial projects at well-established companies in London and Brighton. We possess both the practical and technical expertise to deliver the best value for money to our clients for all types of insulated garden rooms, and that’s how My Home Project was born!
